Subscriptions & third-party games

Refund eligibility depends on the game developer's terms and the store policies. Casual Game Review cannot process refunds directly, but we provide fair guidance. For any assistance or clarification, please contact us and we will point you in the right direction.

Editorial content errors?

We strive for accuracy. If you believe a review contains factual errors affecting your purchase decision, contact us within 14 days and we will review and update if needed.

Note: This policy does not grant returns for digital goods beyond what stores offer.
